How do I find a time that works for multiple time zones?

Add each participant and set their working hours. The tool checks every 15-minute UTC slot of the day and finds the longest contiguous window where everyone is still inside their working hours. If that window is 0 there's no shared time at all — someone has to work out of hours or you split into two calls.

Six: Pacific (Vancouver, Whitehorse), Mountain (Calgary, Edmonton), Central (Winnipeg, Regina), Eastern (Toronto, Montreal, Ottawa), Atlantic (Halifax, Moncton) and Newfoundland. Newfoundland is 30 minutes ahead of Atlantic — UTC−3:30 in winter, UTC−2:30 in summer — which is the only half-hour offset in North America. The grid draws Newfoundland correctly on a 15-minute step.

The exception is the city of Lloydminster and a handful of border communities that follow Alberta's schedule. For practical purposes, schedule meetings against Saskatoon/Regina as if they're permanently on CST — the rest of Central Canada will be on CDT for half the year.

The internal algorithm steps every 15 minutes, not every hour, so these don't drift.
